Its time to celebrate our biggest festival of the year! We are working on our plan to present you one of the best Diwali celebrations we ever had! To make this event successful and with less issues as possible we need your support too. We want our working committee members to enjoy the event as well and spend as little time at the entrance as possible. We would really appreciate
1. If you can pre purchase the tickets directly from any of the committee members and pay cash or cheque or do a direct deposit in out account and email us the names and age of all the people attending the function including children less than 5 yrs of age. Our account details are
Westpac account, BSB 033172, Ac no: 286253, Description/reference: Your Surname (if possible full name), 2A, 2C where A stands for Adults and C stands for children. Once we receive your payment we shall send you a confirmation/e-ticket with no of people attending the function. If you can bring a copy of that with you that would be great!
2. We would request all of you to please arrive at 6.30pm to enjoy the drinks on arrival and canapés. If you arrive after 7.15 pm, we may struggle to provide you the entrée as the entrées will be served on the table while we are preparing for the entertainment. Your arrival on time would also help us to cater for the vegetarians properly.
The bookings have started already and we already have 14 bookings. Please RSVP before 15th Oct to avoid the higher rates. We had a poor attendance at the Sindhi movie and Bingo, let’s overcome those losses with some extra bookings this time and we would really happy if you can challenge us this time to accommodate you and your guests.
